Shipping Policy

I ship from Ontario Canada. In most cases I use courier services(ICS, UPS, FEDEX, Canpar) to avoid service disruptions with Canada post. Po box shipping addresses must use Canada post. Remote locations may require additional shipping fees if choosing a flat rate shipping method.

In most cases I ship within 2-5 business days from the date you pay shipping,  however should order volume increase quickly this time frame may not be possible. In this event I will do my best to notify you as soon as possible.

International shipping may incur additional fees as per customs/tariffs. These fees are the customers responsibility at time of delivery. If I am aware of possible additional fees I will notify you prior to shipping.

I will have a bin system set up so you can order and hold items during live events and have them shipped when you are ready. Please look for the required listings on the website to open a bin and hold shipping until you are ready.

Once shipped I have no control over the delivery timeframe or any delays that may occur, if your order seems to be taking awhile please let me know and I will look into if for you. When reaching out please include your order number so I can access the required information.
