Refund Policy

Refund Policy 

All sales for mystery bundles, live sales or custom products are final. All other refunds are done on a case by case basis. If you have changed your mind about a product or ordered the wrong size a refund or exchange, if available, can be made however you will be responsible for return shipping. You have 7 days from delivery date to notify me of any issues. If you return a product, a refund will be issued for the product cost only provided it is returned in new condition. Refunds will be issued once the item is received back in new, unused/unworn condition.

Any damaged or defective items should be reported right away so we can rectify the situation. Should a package arrive damaged please take photos of all packaging with the shipping label as I will require that to file a claim.

RETURNED PACKAGES

Please ensure mailing address at checkout is correct. Once shipped I am unable to fix any address issues. Any packages returned due to address issues will require shipping be paid again or a refund minus shipping will be issued provided it is not a custom order.
